Vehicle Decal Information

 

The Town vehicle decals are permanent, and will have a one time fee of $15.00 (per vehicle)

You MUST bring your vehicle's registration to be issued a new decal. 

Only those who live in the Town limits need a Town of Haymarket decal.  All others contact Prince William County at PWC Decal info

Those without Town Decals on their vehicles are subject to a $35.00 Citation from a Town of Haymarket Police Officer.

PLEASE NOTE:  IF YOU HAVE DELINQUENT PERSONAL PROPERTY OR REAL ESTATE TAXES, YOU WILL NOT BE ISSUED A VEHICLE DECAL UNTIL THESE TAXES HAVE BEEN PAID.

The Personal Property Tax for vehicles has been eliminated, effective in 2006.

All residents must have a Town Decal on all vehicles garaged in the Town of Haymarket. The form for these Decals is available here to download.

APPLICATION FOR A PERMANENT VEHICLE DECAL

Please bring in the completed form to the Town Hall, located in the Police Department at 14710 Washington Street, along with a check or cash for $15.00 for EACH vehicle.  Or you may mail the form with a check.  PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH

Town Decals are free to Residents 65 and older, Police, Firefighters, and Military personnel.  Please be prepared to show ID.
