Zoning Permit Form/Certificate of Appropriateness

The Zoning Permit Form/Certificate of Appropriateness is required for all new construction, alteration/repairs, new tenants (new use), change of use, additions, relocation's, and signs. If you are unsure if your project warrants a zoning permit form please email Lydia Schauss at lschauss@townofhaymarket.org or call (703)753-2600 ext. 208.
