Zoning Permit Form/Certificate of Appropriateness

The Zoning Permit Form/Certificate of Appropriateness is required for all new construction, alteration/repairs, new tenants (new use), change of use, additions, relocations, and signs. If you are unsure if your project warrants a zoning permit form please email Thomas Britt at tbritt@townofhaymarket.org or call (703)753-2600.
